Asbestos Inspections
Our core service. A licensed NYS-DOL and NYC-DEP asbestos investigator conducts the survey and collects bulk samples in compliance with all state and city requirements. Samples are analyzed by a certified laboratory (PLM and TEM), and NYC DEP ACP5 filings are included where applicable. Vermiculite testing is available. Inspections are typically scheduled for the next business day, with results delivered in 24 to 48 hours, throughout New York and New Jersey.

Subsurface Investigations
Test borings, soil percolation tests, and test pits performed in accordance with NYC Building Code criteria and submitted specifications, with special inspection by a licensed professional engineer. Deliverables include boring logs, percolation test reports, and test pit logs.
